Reglement

By registering for the Three Countries Run, you automatically agree to our competition regulations.

Participation is at your own risk and responsibility.
Regular endurance training and good health are prerequisites for participation.
It may be life-threatening to start while suffering from or immediately after infectious diseases or cold symptoms (including SARS-CoV-2).
No liability of any kind is accepted by the organiser, the Three Countries Run association, its partners or sponsors, nor by the cities of Basel, Huningue, Saint-Louis or Weil am Rhein. This also applies to accidents, theft and liability towards third parties. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The place of jurisdiction is Basel.
Sportsmanlike and fair behaviour is expected.
The race number is personal and must be worn clearly visible at the front and unfolded.
Any alterations to the race number will result in disqualification.
Timekeeping is carried out exclusively using a chip.
Instructions given by course officials must be followed at all times.
Private vehicles, bicycles and personal escorts are not permitted.
Shortcuts, including on pavements, are not allowed.
The “sweep vehicle” marks the official end of the race and follows the last participant.
The top three finishers in each category will receive prizes in kind at the awards ceremony. Anyone who does not attend the ceremony forfeits their prize.
In the event of incidents, physical distress or accidents involving runners, please immediately inform the nearest course marshal and request assistance.
Course officials and medical personnel are authorised to withdraw runners from the race if they are in poor health.
Participants who are unable to start the Three Countries Run are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee.
If the race cannot be held, or only partially held, due to force majeure or possible cancellation due to any type of coronavirus, there is no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee.

I agree to the transfer of my personal data, such as first name and surname, home address (street, number, postcode and town), date of birth, telephone number and email address, to partners (e.g. photo and video services), unless I prohibit the transfer of such data by notifying the following email address: martin@3laenderlauf.org

These partners may use the data for their own services or advertising purposes, and in the case of sponsors, for targeted mailings and telephone campaigns agreed in advance with the organiser (in particular for the sponsor SWICA) in connection with the running event. You may withdraw your consent to the transfer of data to third parties at any time.
