By registering for the Dreiländer-Lauf, you automatically agree to our competition regulations. 1.
Participation is at your own risk and responsibility.
Regular endurance training and good health are prerequisites for a start.
It can be life-threatening to start with or directly after infectious diseases or cold symptoms (SARS-COV2).
2. no liability of any kind is assumed by the organiser, the association Dreiländerlauf or its partners/sponsors, nor by the cities of Basel, Huningue, Saint-Louis or Weil am Rhein. This also applies to accidents, theft and liability towards third parties. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
The place of jurisdiction is Basel.
Sporting and fair behaviour is required.
The start number is personal and must be worn clearly visible and unfolded from the front.
Alterations to the start number will lead to disqualification.
The time is measured exclusively by chip.
The instructions of the course staff are binding.
Private vehicles, bicycles and private escorts are not permitted.
Shortcuts, especially on pavements, are not permitted.
The “broom wagon” is the official end of the race. It will drive behind the last participant.
The first three in each category will receive prizes in kind at the award ceremony. Those who do not take part in the prize-giving ceremony voluntarily forfeit their prize. 4.
4. in case of incidents, weakness of runners and accidents, please immediately inform the next marshal and ask for help.
The course marshals and medical staff are permitted to take runners in poor health out of the race.
5. those who cannot start at the Dreiländer-Lauf are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee.
If the race cannot be held or can only be held partially due to force majeure or cancellation due to corona viruses of any kind, there is no right to a refund of the entry fee.
I agree to the transfer of my personal data such as surname and first name, private address (street, no., postcode and town), date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address to partners (e.g. photo and video service), unless I prohibit the transfer of the data by sending a message to the following e-mail address:

These partners may use the data for their own services or advertising purposes and, in the case of sponsors, for targeted addresses and telephone campaigns agreed in advance with the organiser (in particular for the sponsor SWICA) in connection with the running event. You can revoke your consent to the transfer of data to third parties at any time.
